Family Medicine Physician Needed For Locum Tenens Coverage At Facility In Huntsville, Alabama

A FQHC is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage. Huntsville, Alabama is home to NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center, which is responsible for launching many of our nation's space missions. You don't want to miss out on this! The position requires credentialing within 90 days and has a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM. It is open to MDs only, with a 1:6 on-call rotation (phone call only). The average patient load is 18 per day, with adults as the patient demographic. Required certifications include Board Certification (BC), DEA, and an Alabama license. The flu vaccine is required, and the facility has 1 physician and 4 NPs as support staff. The EMR system used is ECW.
