A Nursing Home is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage. The facility is located near Montpelier, Vermont. The credentialing timeframe is 1-2 months. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with consideration for a Monday to Thursday option. The role is open to MDs only. Call is negotiable. The average patient load is 8-12 per day, with a focus on geriatric patients. Required certifications include BC/BE in FM, IM, or Geriatrics, VT license, and BLS. The EMR systems used are PointClickCare and EPIC.
