With our patient base growing, we opened an additional Primary Care clinic in Eugene, Oregon, and are searching for a Family Medicine Physician with an interest in providing high quality care in a team-driven environment to join us!
Our tightknit team of providers care for patients of all ages, with a focus on preventative care as well as managing chronic conditions.
We are recognized by the State of Oregon as a Patient Centered Medical Home and work closely with our community partners.
