Summary Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time 1.0 FTE Family Medicine Physician to join our Capitol Hill Campus team in Seattle, Washington. This position will be 0.5 FTE Clinical and 0.5 FTE as faculty in the Family Medicine residency.
The Capitol Hill campus is a part of our multispecialty medical center. Lab, Radiology and Pharmacy on site. Office hours are 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday, with Urgent Care open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The successful applicant will become a core faculty member with responsibilities including precepting residents in clinic, advising and mentoring residents, curriculum development and oversight, and teaching in large and small groups. The successful applicant will teach at both the Burien and Capitol Hill residency clinics and have a clinical practice in the Family Health Center in Capitol Hill.
Clinical responsibilities include outpatient family medicine as 0.5 FTE in the KPWA Family Health Center clinic. The successful applicant will also serve as an inpatient medicine attending on the Family Medicine Residency service.

Compensation and Benefits The entire salary range for the clinician position is $267,336 to $314,513 and will be prorated based on FTE. Placement of new hires will be in the range of $267,336 to $298,787 based on factors such as education, training or experience.
