We are searching for a BC|BE Family Physician located 40 minutes North of Dayton, OH.
Join 9 Family Physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers.
Responsibilities:
Existing patient base with growth potential.See 20 to 25 patients per day.Work 4 or 5 days a week.Enjoy a 1 in 4 to 1 in 5 call rotation with OP call only.Qualifications:
EMR - Meditech.Incentive bonus plan based on RVUs.Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.28 days of MTO with additional sick leave accrual.CME stipend of $6250.00 (taxable income).LTD|STD (STD is elective).401K retirement plan.Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.Sign-on bonus and loan repayment available as part of total compensation package. All terms negotiable.Relocation assistance of $10,000.No Visa candidates considered.
