Opportunity:Join a well-established department of over 20+ providers (including APPs).Autonomy to practice physician-directed medicine; in-office procedural capabilities plus full lab, imaging and other diagnostics.Base salary of $250/$260k with opportunity for RVU bonuses.One year track to shareholder status.Impressive recruitment incentives include relocation, loan repayment, signing bonus and residency stipends.Minimal call (only 2-3 weekends annually).Large specialty consultation base and teaching opportunities with two FM residencies & IU School of Medicine.The Community:South Bend, Indiana is a medium-sized city with a low cost of living, affordable housing and many excellent schools in great neighborhoods catering to family living.
