As part of the Praxis Health family of clinics, our network additionally includes multiple specialty clinics.
Bend and the surrounding communities are growing rapidly, presenting the need for an additional Family Medicine/ Sports Medicine Physician in our Upper Mill clinic, located in the heart of it all.
This role will inherit an 80/20 Family Medicine/ Sports Medicine patient panel.

The public school system is strong, and there are private school options at all grade levels.
There is a strong community college, and Oregon State University's Cascades Campus offers full four-year programs, as well as some graduate programs.
