Carle Health is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our Primary Care practice in East Peoria, Illinois.
Practice opportunity details include: Outpatient clinic that provides Primary Care, walk-In, and Occupational health services. Clinic hours are Mon - Fri from 8 AM - 6 PM. Join an established practice with an Advanced Practice Provider and dedicated support staff. Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination. Average number of patients/day is 18 - 25.
