Job Title: Family Mental Health Therapist

Location: Crownsville, MD

Work Environment: Teen Residential Treatment Facility

Schedule: 4 Days Per Week / 10 Hour Shifts - Schedule May Vary

Compensation: $78,000 - $93,500 (Dependent on Licensure / Experience)

About the Job: In this position you are making a significant and direct impact on a generation who are growing up with addiction, trauma, and mental health disorders -They (and their families) need support.
Our programming is designed to meet adolescents where they are, and structure their care to individualized to who they are as a person.
We know there are no cookie cutter solutions, so beyond individual therapy we are also providing, group therapy with their peers, family therapy, experiential/social activities, and life skill / academic development.


Responsibilities: You will oversee family therapy, education, and support group for clients and their families in programming You will participate in and support experiential activities with clients like hiking, yoga, gardening, and more You will work collaboratively with the medical and clinical teams to ensure a comprehensive treatment strategy for all clients Team Culture, Work Life Balance, and Career Growth

Qualifications: Education: Minimum of a master's degree in a Behavioral Health Science required (clinical social work, clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field)

Training & Experience: Required to be a licensed clinician in the state of Maryland(LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) Provisional Licensed will also be considered (LGPC,LSW,LGMFT) Previous experience with treating mental health conditions is required; Preferred experience with a treatment facility in residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and/or intensive outpatient (IOP) settings.
