Qualifications: National
certification in at least one of the following specialties: Internal Medicine
or Family MedicineActive,

year direct primary care experience as a PhysicianActive

office visits for routine and acute issues, and home visits as neededAdminister
Annual wellness visits and health risk assessmentsCare
