Family Practice Opportunity

(Physician/MD qualifications required) Family Practice - Family MedicineNevada, MO
Primary Care physician to practice in Rural Health Clinics and provide supervision for mid-levels. Hospital-employed position.
Some flex hours, opportunity for Emergency and/or Hospitalist shifts. Safe, hometown feel with close access to metro areas for personal and family interests. Ample outdoor recreational opportunities.
Full-time (regularly 40 hours per week).

CompensationBase Salary = $200,000
Sign-On Bonus $10,000 to $20,000 (negotiable)
Payable 50% upon signing contract, 50% at 90 days post-employment
Relocation Bonus $7,500 payable upon receipts
CME Allowance up to $2,000 per year
National Health Service Corps, PRIMO, and other applicable programs available.
HPSA score 15 for primary care.

BenefitsStandard employment benefits package available, including employer-funded pension plan (current rate 6.25%). Total benefits valued at 28% of salary.
Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrual rate of 7.69 hrs/pay period, twenty-five (25) days per year.
Extended Illness Benefit (EIB): Accrual at 9 days per year.

Contract TermsThree (3) year agreement with option for renewal.
90 day no-fault out clause, standard for-cause language.
Forgiveness over 3 year period.
