(Physician/MD qualifications required) Healthwaze has an immediate Family Practice opening in Tampa, Florida. Outpatient Only Monday - Friday 20 Patients Per Day Partnership after three years Requirements Florida Medical License Board Certified Family Practice Benefits Health Insurance for physician and family Malpractice insurance $1,500 per year CME allowance Up to $7,500 in eligible relocation expenses 20 paid days off plus holidays
