Family Practice OR Internal Medicine Physician Palm City FL (Port St. Lucie) Ownership Potential
We are seeking a motivated Primary Care/Family Practice Physician to join our integrated medical group full time in Palm City, FL. We are located just outside of Port St. Lucie on the beautiful Treasure Coast of FL. The incoming physician must have an interest in regenerative medicine and be proficient in primary care/chronic disease management. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who would like to establish a great practice and have ownership within the next several years. We also have a strong need for concierge medicine in the area whereas the doctor could make an additional $150k-$300k/year within our existing patient base already partaking in concierge medicine.
Ideally, the incoming physician is a board-certified MD/DO who shares our passion for wellness-focused healthcare with a strong interest in regenerative medicine and hormone optimization, aligning with our mission to deliver innovative and comprehensive care to our patients. We can provide training for those interested in regen medicine and hormone therapies.

Duties: Patient Care to include primary care/chronic disease management, hormone optimization, regen medicine, and concierge medicine (we will provide training if needed) Provide comprehensive family medicine care with a focus on wellness and preventive strategies. Documentation- timely and accurate Make appropriate in office specialist referrals based on the patient's condition Collaborate with a multi-specialty team to deliver integrated care Supervisory capacity of PA/NPs as needed Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to practice growth Requirements: Graduation from an accredited Medical Program (MD/DO) BCBE Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician Medical license in FL Prefer a physician with at least 3-5 years clinical experience Strong interest in regen med/concierge medicine preferred (will provide training if needed) Schedule: Monday-Friday Salary: $245k- $250k to start with the potential to make an additional $150k-$300k/year if willing to take on current concierge patient base Benefits: Bonus Compensation PTO Potential ownership- practice buyout within 5 years All in office medical services free (full service primary care and urgent care) Professional advancement and training provided in joint injections/regen medicine and hormone therapies Come join a team making a difference in the way healthcare is done, providing the highest level of care for our community!
