Family Medicine Physician Location: South Chicago
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm, including extended hour shift of Noon - 8:00pm once per week with a Saturday (every 4 weeks) Rotation 8:00am - 1:00pm
Our healthcare organization is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to provide exceptional primary care services to underserved communities.
As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for managing patient care in collaboration with other clinical staff and members of the care team.
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive and high-quality primary care services to patients in the office, hospital, or other locations within the community as assigned.Serve as a consultant to clinical management regarding clinical goals and services.Manage patient care in collaboration with other clinical staff and members of the care team.Leverage industry knowledge and best practices to promote the mission and vision of the Medical Department and the organization.Support culture development and management efforts.Qualifications: M.D.
Degree, or D.O.
degree from accredited school of allopathic or osteopathic medicine.Board-certified or Board-eligible in Family Practice.Current and valid Illinois license as a physician and surgeon.Current and valid DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate.Eligible for, or maintenance of, hospital privileges at affiliated hospitals.Bilingual ability may or may not be required based on individual department needs.If you are a dedicated physician committed to making a positive impact in underserved communities, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
