Permanent job opening Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible nurse practitioner Reason for need: growth Work Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p 100% annual health assessments Seeking providers who have 2+ years post training nurse practitioner experience You'd do most of the health assessments at the patient's homes - some telemed visits will be performed, as well The client has multiple new openings: East LA/Downtown LA, San Gabriel Valley, and North Orange County You'd travel within a 30-35 mile radius from the center of the territory Must have current California Driver's license Organization overbooks to account for no-shows No prescribing involved You'd work independently - no MA Prefer candidates with HCC coding and AWV experience Must be currently enrolled and in good standing with Medicare Client has their own internal EMR system Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
