Family Practice - Without Ob Physician

I am working with Chicago Family Health Center in Chicago, IL and they are looking for some temporary Family Medicine coverage over the next several months.

This clinic is looking for four primary care providers to help out for coverage ASAP ongoing
Outpatient only
Monday through Friday 8-5
Saturday 8:30-1
No call
Patient Load: 20-24 patients per day
This clinic seeing a lot chronic disease management
The clinic will consider providers who only see adult patients
Support staff: 2 MA's
1 MA will help with charting, follow up calls, triage, etc
Midlevels on staff seeing their own patients
Lab and XRay on site
30-45 days to privilege
Local candidates only
$140 per hour with an 8 hour guarantee M-F and 4 hour guarantee on Saturday
