Farsi Language Instructor

About Us:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Online Farsi Language Instructor to join our team. At our organization, we're passionate about fostering language proficiency and cultural understanding among adult learners.
Job Details:
Period of Performance: May 24, 2024 - May 13, 2025
Training Days: Monday to Friday
Schedule: 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm EST (includes 0.25 hours of prep per each hour of language instruction)
Language Background: None required
Training Goal: Achieve proficiency level 3 in speaking, listening, reading, and writing
Number of Students: 1
Responsibilities:
Conduct online language instruction sessions in Farsi, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, writing, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and cultural aspects.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the individual needs of the student.
Assign and review homework activities to reinforce learning objectives.
Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to support student progress.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of full-time experience teaching adult learners.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Native proficiency in the Farsi language.
Experience using Zoom or similar online platforms for teaching purposes.
