Fashion Specialist

Responsibilities:
Deeply analyze the clothing preferences and fashion needs of the target customer group, gain insights into industry trends, and propose innovative and pioneering design planning solutions.Be responsible for the overall planning and design of new product lines, including theme positioning, key item design, color matching, etc.Deep study of seasonal trends specifying on curvy mid and plus sizeLead, collaborate, design, and co-design with a cross-board(China based) team through all aspects of the design processWork with marketing team to communicate brand messaging, product features, and benefitsCollaborate with Print & Color team on seasonal print & color direction and assortment.

Qualifications:
Deeply align and resonate with BloomChic vision, mission and values.Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field and 5+ years Design experience strongly preferred.Self-starter, solution-oriented, resilient, adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills; can patiently and effectively communicate with a diverse and multicultural group of peers across time zones and continents.
