We are currently seeking leadership-oriented individuals who may be selected to become Partners in our New Jersey General Office.

By joining New York Life as a Partner, your ability to become promoted to a Senior Partner or Managing Partner is determined based on objective criteria.
Compensation:
$95,000 - $125,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities:
Draft a personalized, long-term customer acquisition and marketing tactic to gain practical know-how while aiding customers in achieving financial aims
Utilize a wide range of offerings, such as life insurance, disability income, long-term care, annuities (fixed and variable), and mutual funds, to discover applicable financial solutions for customers
Within a twelve-month period, you will be eligible to transition to an Associate Partner tier once all program goals have been achieved
Take part in our six-month Associate Partner Training Program to enhance your ability in business operations and move closer toward a management post
Target, hire, train, maintain, and expand your own group of financial professionals as a partner
Qualifications:
Previous experience in management, sales, and/or recruiting is necessary
A valid State License in Life and Health Insurance is beneficial
The possession of SIE, college degree, MBA, Series 6/7/63/65 or 66 certifications is preferred
Candidates must display leadership, motivation, goal orientation, exemplary communication skills, integrity, and team spirit
