FC Dallas Youth Select Coordinator Job Description FC Dallas Youth Administrator The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support for FC Dallas Youth teams and programs. The FCDY Administrator reports directly to the Director of Youth Operations.
Responsibilities:
Administrative and clerical duties.Manage registration paperwork.Process payments for registered players.Maintain proper records including team rosters, financials, and waivers.Answer phone calls and emails from coaches, team managers, and parents.Liaison between youth soccer associations and leagues.This position will require flexible hours to include some weekends. May be required to work on game days to assist with presentations and operations.Assist with youth development initiatives as requested including tryouts, uniforms, college events, camps, or other as directed.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
College Degree or equivalent experience.1 or more years' experience in Sports Industry or administration field preferred.Provide helpful and courteous customer service and can problem solve as needed.Strong work ethic and friendly demeanor.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proactive and works well under pressure.Detail-oriented and organized.Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.Preferred Qualifications: Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
