We're looking for a Fiduciary Lead to join our Region 3 Fiduciary team toensure that ongoing regional resource requirements are monitored and client needs are fulfilled expeditiously.

The Opportunity:
As the Fiduciary Lead, you assume fiduciary responsibility in cooperation with supervisors, managers, and administrators, and independently prioritize work to ensure client service payments of approximately $50 million annually and recoveries associated to those payments are made timely.

Some of what you will do:

Maintain, modify, run and distribute service referral reporting daily from data imputed to FamLink.
Interpret payment documents for compliance with contractual terms, including rates, hours of service billed, number of slots, etc.
Assist in the development of standards.
Provide on-going consultation and meeting staff training needs.
Provide data and reports to the Regional Management Team and Program Managers.
Review case records. FamLink and EACD to ensure compliance to contracts, reports, etc.
Analyze, identify and assist field staff to comply with mandates and regulations.
Make determination of overpayments and underpayments and prepare paperwork.
Coordinate or assist in the coordination and represent the department in Fair Hearings for overpayments.
Analyze data to determine fiduciary related training needs of local staff and provide ongoing consultation and training to all levels of staff

Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree which includes 18 quarter or 12 semester hours in accounting, auditing, or budgeting AND one year of relevant professional experience.

One year of professional experience in accounting, auditing, or budgeting, may substitute for education but not for the credit hours.

Degree must be obtained from an accredited college or university whose accreditation is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), or foreign equivalent verified by a NACES-approved organization at naces.org

Foreign Equivalency certification must be attached to the application for degrees obtained outside the U.S. Incomplete applications may be screened out of the recruitment process.

In addition to those required qualifications, our ideal applicant will also have some or all of the following:

A Master's degree in a financial related field, certification as a Public Accountant, Internal Auditor, Certified Governmental Financial Manager or Management Accountant.
Previous demonstrated experience using Excel, to include V-Lookup and Pivot Tables.
Previous demonstrated experience interpreting fiscal payment documents for compliance with contractual terms.
