Fiduciary Litigation / Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney

Oakstreet Attorney Search is working with a growing regional law firm that is hiring a mid-level associate to join the firm's litigation group, to support the firm's fiduciary litigation practice. The firm is seeking attorneys with experience in one of the following areas: (1) fiduciary litigation and/or estate disputes, (2) trusts and estates, or (3) general civil litigation with a strong interest in estate planning and administration. Prior litigation experience is not necessary for attorneys with a strong trusts and estates background, as the firm offers excellent training and will provide mentorship and support to any attorney expanding their practice into litigation. Ideal candidates will have strong writing skills, at least three years of experience involving fiduciary litigation, estate disputes, or trusts and estates, and must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina. North Carolina licensed civil litigation attorneys with very strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing skills, and an interest in trusts and estates may also be considered.
