Field Application Engineer

Responsibilities
? Provide technical support both on-site and virtually.
? Prepare and present technical presentations for pre-sales support.
? Work closely with customers to get a thorough understanding of their design
requirements.
? Understand the product framework in the field and gather market information.
? Assist in the sale of Design-In and Design-Win.
? Understand market trends in the general embedded market and MCU products
specifically.
? Provide relevant technical training.
Requirements
? MS in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
? Experience in the electronics industry, with emphasis in Arm Cortex-M based
microcontroller products. Experience with industry's most popular MCUs. Familiarity
with the RISC-V ISA is a plus.
? Ability to read, understand and develop C/C++ Code for Arm Microcontrollers.
? Knowledge of Operating Systems like FreeRTOS is a plus.
? Knowledge of IDE tools including Keil uVision v5 and IAR Embedded Workbench.
? Ability to read electronic design schematics and use of electronic components
including measurement instruments. Knowledge of EDA tools is a plus.
? Familiar with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth protocols.
? Experience with Motor Control solutions.
? Ability to work independently with strong analytical skills, self-motivated and
excellent interpersonal skills.
? Willingness to travel (regional).
? Fluent English speaking.
