We're looking for a Field Compliance Consultant to join our team. This position reports to the Director of Compliance Consultants and is responsible for the performance comprehensive compliance. This role performs and documents internal investigations and review of documentation for hospice division programs.
Performs clinical record reviews to ensure that the clinical documentation provides evidence of compliance with coverage requirements, physicians' orders, company policy, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards. Adheres to and participates in Company's mandatory HIPAA privacy program/practices and Business Ethics and Compliance programs/practices. Evaluates each site's program management of human resources and adherence to company policies by conducting interviews and personnel record reviews Assists with the implementation of the compliance program and on a regular basis reports
progress to the Director of Compliance Consultants. Contributes to and helps sustain the
momentum of the compliance program and the accomplishment of its objectives. This position is for a person with demonstrated leadership skills and ability to design and implement effective change programs and monitor the Company compliance plan.
