Desired Experience: 3-5 years' minimum experience in HVAC/Home Performances technician services Home Services experience with Envelope Insulation, Air Sealing, and more! Blower Door test and air leakage testing experience preferred 3-5 years' experience managing a crew team preferred High EQ and strong communication skills Desired Traits: Mechanical aptitude Innate Desire to Learn Strong sense of urgency Great communication skills People management skills High Integrity
