Responsibilities: Daily: Check and restock the Flippit Dropbox(es) 3 times/week to start: Retrieve and process orders for shipment, using a mobile phone, with all the week's orders handed off to carrier by Friday at 5 PM. Assist customers, TSOs and personnel at airport, as needed Look for opportunities to help build the Flippit brand and business, and Represent Flippit in a friendly, professional and courteous manner Flippit is a start-up offering a new service at CAE, and needs are likely to change based on feedback from stakeholders and the traveling public, so a responsiveness and flexibility are important.
Qualifications: Already work at the airport Proficient in English with strong communication skills Comfortable with data entry on mobile devices Experience with packing and shipping best practices preferred Customer service orientation: responsive and flexible attitude with sales abilities You must already be employed at Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE). If you aren't, you will not be considered.
