The Field Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in overseeing marketing programs with direct customer engagement, specifically Keystones Mobile Tour operations, Keystone Live! On Tour and the Experiential Showroom, Keystone Live!.

Your Impact: Perform overall Fleet Management of Keystones On Tour Operations, inclusive of DOT compliance and managementCoordinate and manage the schedules and planning for customer visits to Keystone Live! On Tour trailers, utilizing the Encompass system to manage the Keystone Technologies trailer fleet efficientlyDevelopment, execution and monitoring of marketing field efforts and programs and tracking and reporting on their effectivenessMonitor vehicle maintenance schedules and compliance with company policiesCoordinate On Tour build outs and enhancements, including repairs and updates as needed, ensuring minimal downtimeOversee and manage the Keystone Live! trade show roomMonitor room usage, tracking engagement, while developing and implementing enhanced experiences and/or programs for customersEnsure that the trade show room reflects the latest products and innovations and coordinate updates and enhancements when/where neededCollaborate with the Marketing, Training, Product Development and Sales departments to effectively implement and enhance the customer experience What you bring: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred but not required5 years of experience preferably in field marketing and touring executions, experiential marketing, or project management, preferably in lighting or similar industryExcellent time management and communication skills (oral and written)Solid MS Office Suite experience - Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPointProficiency in project management tools and softwareAbility to multi-task and work with multiple team membersAbility to communicate and engage effectively with all levels of the organizationDemonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently as neededCreative problem solver with the ability to adapt to changing circumstancesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyExperience using fleet management software (Encompass experience is a plus)Understanding of marketing principles and lead managementDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfactionOpen to 25% domestic travel; Keystone live on tour days, assisting with driving/routing trailers as needed
