We are looking to hire at this time a Field Operations and Photography Trainer Job Summary:Manages the training and assessment of Photography Managers and Photographers for Nationwide Studios and ensures best practices are followed in all field operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Travels to current NWS territories to train new and existing employees.
Must be able to travel up to 30% annually within the United States.
Creates and updates Photographer, Territory Manager and Photography Manager training manuals.
Ensures all best practices are followed in the field with regards to operational duties such as scheduling, photographing and completing post-photography tasks.
Conducts regular assessments of field employees.
Works with the inventory department to ensure photography equipment is kept to industry standards.
Troubleshoots photography issues and questions received via the Field Support phone line and email.
Serves as a quality control liaison between the home office and field operations.
Knows and develops the "best practice" standards that apply to photography roles and the competencies for each photography role.
Qualifications The skills and experience required for this position include: 5+ years of professional photography experence - Digital Portfolio Required 5+ years of experience in a professional management skills.
Bachellors Degree in related field of study.
Preference will be given to applicants that have additional skills, such as: Experience with digital training and testing software.
Experience editing and proofing video content Proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom and InDesign Experience testing digital photography and lighting equipment The compensation starts at $45K/yearand benefits package is available.
