YOUR ROLE
You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.
Review and assess the performance of internal 8D reports
Reporting quality topics to internal shareholders and ensuring issues are addressed.
Developing tools to track internal and customer quality metrics and to detect early warning signals in data.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Microelectronics Engineering.
Understanding of the Eight Disciplines (8D) Problem Solving Process
Knowledge of semiconductors and process is preferred but not required.
Experience with a program language (ex. Python) and PowerBI is preferred.
