We are looking for a highly organized, energetic and empathetic Field Readiness Partner to join our Field Readiness Team! You will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, PMM, and beyond to design and deliver a wide variety of enablement initiatives across Asana's Sales Org, from needs analysis, and program management, to facilitation and certification. You are a data-driven enabler who is deeply passionate about making a long-lasting impact on the professional and personal development of others. You are highly motivated, adaptable, and creative and genuinely enjoy designing and facilitating engaging learning experiences that drive meaningful behavior change and revenue goals.
This role is based in our Chicago office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What You'll AchieveBuild a deep understanding of Asana's sales process and behaviors needed to achieve revenue targetsBuild meaningful relationships with sales leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders such as marketing, product, customer success, and revenue operationsConduct needs analysis, using data to identify enablement gaps and opportunities for improvement and contribute to defining the associated enablement needs and prioritiesDesign and deliver engaging in-person, virtual and asynchronous training sessions across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to ramp and continuous skill developmentDesign and deliver certifications and other assessments to ensure field readiness throughout the organizationMaintain and update self-serve curriculum & resources in LMS & CMSContinuously update our enablement curriculum to reflect the current state of our business & market.About You4+ years of experience in an enablement or program management role2+ years experience in a quota-carrying sales, account management or customer success roleExperience and understanding of SaaS business model, sales processes and common sales methodologies/frameworks such as MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, SPICED, Challenger, Sandler, or Value SellingFamiliarity with a range of sales tools such as Salesforce, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, Chorus, Highspot, Pocus or similarExperience designing and facilitating training programs via e-learning, live/virtual facilitation, and asynchronous modalitiesExceptional interpersonal skills - can navigate and manage relationships across all levels of the organizationExceptional presentation, written and oral communication skillsAn entrepreneurial problem-solving attitude and growth mindset and an ability to execute under a swift deadlineExperience with G-suiteAt Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $137,000-175,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
