We are searching for someone who is energetic, passionate, and ready to engage with customers face-to-face! This role is full-time (40+ hours per week) and structured as a weekend contract-to-hire position, with a Thursday through Sunday schedule. You will be responsible for presenting and selling Fi's smart dog collars in pop-up retail locations in SoCal, actively engaging with prospective customers, and highlighting the value of our product in an exciting and memorable way.
\n Responsibilities:Represent Fi at pop-up retail locations by managing our product display and engaging with shoppers in a personable and enthusiastic manner.Present Fi's product features and benefits confidently, tailoring the message to resonate with different types of customers.Drive sales by demonstrating the value of our product, emphasizing its real-time location tracking, activity monitoring, and health/behavior insights.Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Fi's products to effectively answer any customer questions.Proactively approach potential customers and keep energy high throughout long shifts.Provide insights and feedback to the Fi team on customer interactions, frequently asked questions, and suggestions for improving the in-store experience. Qualifications:Previous in-person sales experience is required, ideally in a high-volume retail or event marketing setting.Must be willing to work long hours and stay motivated while interacting with customers for extended periods.Must love dogs: you should have a dog or be genuinely excited to discuss dogs with prospective customers. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse range of customers.A high-energy, outgoing personality with the ability to captivate and engage an audience.Passion for problem-solving and a strong sales acumen to overcome objections and close sales.Must be flexible with working Thursday through Sunday, including weekends and extended hours as needed.Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to retail locations in SoCal.You thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited to represent Fi's innovative products to potential customers.
