Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM * Weekends as needed

Status: Non-Exempt

Compensation: $20-$25: 1099 contracted position

Summary/Objective

This is an outside position, and you will be working outside the whole day at different locations.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals with reliable transportation, as the Brand Ambassador and Sales Model of Midwest Distribution, you will serve as the face and voice of our company promoting our products and building strong relationships with customers.
Your primary goal is to increase brand awareness and drive sales through various marketing and promotional activities.


Essential Functions

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including influencers, industry leaders, and community organizations, to amplify brand messaging and reach.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
Manage and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness, measure ROI, and optimize marketing tactics for maximum impact.
Serve as a brand spokesperson and thought leader, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and media opportunities.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand marketing, incorporating relevant insights into marketing strategies and tactics.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance brand positioning, customer experience, and overall marketing effectiveness.

• Demonstrated experience in sales.

• Outstanding organizational skills, ensuring efficient management of tasks and client interactions.

• Willingness and ability to travel to locations from the base location.

Required Education and Experience

A minimum of HS Diploma or GED and one year of marketing or previous Brand Ambassador experience.
Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and have basic math skills.
Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office experience are required.


Work Environment

This job work environment changes depending upon the event type and mostly operates in a modern event setting, at pop-up events, and traveling from store to store to market our product.

This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, reaching up and lifting.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
The employee must be able to lift and move items up to 60 pounds.
