Pay rate is between $30 - $36/h (based on experience) Generous 10k-15k relocation package (which includes 4-8 weeks apartment or extended stay hotel and 6-8 weeks car rental) for suitable candidates that are willing to relocate for the position Responsibilities for Field Service Engineer Support customers in North America as a part of the technical service groupInstall, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair company equipment with high qualityParticipate in training lasting approximately 5 - 6 months, with on-going training on existing and new productsComplete basic retrofits, software installations and customer trainingComplete paperwork on time with high qualityWork independently to resolve technical problems and maintain good relationship to customersProvide on-call 24/7 telephone support as required, as a part of rotating on-call supportAny additional responsibilities as deemed necessary by managementMust be located within 45 minutes of a major International AirportMust be willing to relocate to Milwaukee, WI., Plymouth, MI, Cincinnati, OH., or St. Louis, MO.Qualifications for Field Service Engineer Two-year technical degree in engineering or related field preferred, or combination of training and work experienceMinimum of 2 years previous experience in customer service, with technical concentration preferredStrong electrical and computer systems experience and high level of diagnostic skillsPrevious experience with robotics, lasers, automation systems or mechatronics requiredMicrosoft Office; Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPointTravel 100% travel within North America to support customers will be requiredOccasional overnights as neededMust maintain Valid Driver's LicenseAbility to obtain US passport and rent automobilesIf you are interested in learning more about this role, please submit your resume for immediate consideration!
