Your expertise in leadership, organization, and problem-solving will ensure the team operates efficiently while meeting and exceeding company goals.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop irrigation technicians to foster a collaborative and high-performing team. Conduct weekly field meetings to provide feedback, training, and performance evaluations. Daily Operations: Plan, schedule, and coordinate service operations to ensure deadlines are met safely and efficiently. Support technicians through on-site visits, phone calls, and texts to address issues and maintain workflow. Client Relations & Sales: Follow up on completed work, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify new sales opportunities. Provide professional advice and estimates for elevated scopes of work. Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment by implementing standard operating procedures and safety best practices. Coordinate vehicle maintenance and ensure proper inventory management. Innovation & Expertise: Stay current with industry innovations, technology, and best practices to serve as a Subject Matter Expert. Experience in a field services or route-based service industry. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. 1–3 years in a leadership role. Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and use hands to handle equipment. Periodic stooping, kneeling, and lifting of up to 25 pounds. Visual acuity for close work and distance observation. Noise level typically low to moderate. Ready to make a lasting impact?
