Supervise aField Service Installation team for Honeywell Intelligrated, a global leader in automation and integratedend-to-end solutions for manufacturing, distribution and fulfillment operations. As Field Service Supervisor you will apply your leadership skills to improve teamperformance. You will ensure engagement in new opportunities for marketpenetration, team deployment, and sales growth. You will liaise with multiplefactions to help prevent and resolve customer problems and explore additionalrevenue-generating opportunities. You will drive and improve metric reportingprocedures and own financial metrics, targets and budgets. You will lead quickand effective closure of any improvement opportunities. You will define teamexpectations and communicate those to stakeholder. You will act as mentor totrain and develop future managers.
This is a 100%travel position.
The salary forthis position is $83,200 to $105,000. The actual base salary offer will dependon a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and otherrelevant factors.
