As a Field Service Technician, you will be instrumental in servicing, maintaining, and installing our advanced PLC/HMI controls, computer equipment, and associated machinery. This role requires a blend of technical acumen and customer service skills, making it perfect for those dedicated to impacting the industries we serve positively.

Key Responsibilities Technical Service: Conduct maintenance and service of PLC/HMI controls and computer systems in collaboration with our engineering team. Client Interaction: Provide top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and representing our commitment to quality. System Installation: Perform installations and operational testing, guiding clients through the optimal use of our products. Problem Solving: Utilize your problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues, maintaining the reliability and performance of our systems. Requirements Education: An Associate's degree or technical certification in mechanical/electrical engineering preferred.
Experience: Proficiency in reading electric/electronic ladder diagrams and mechanical ANSI/ISO prints. Experience in PLC/HMI programming is highly valued.
Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, mostly within Canada, to provide on-site client support.
Skills: Excellent communication abilities, a customer-first mindset, and effective schedule management.
