Field Services Engineer - Cnc Machinist

Our client is one of the nations leading machine manufacture and they are looking to hire a Service Technician for their Southern region that has strong experience working on CNC Machine tools.
This role will based out of the Kansas City, MO office and requires a mix of travel and onsite work.

Required Skills And Responsibilities

Provide customers with maintenance, repair, and installation assistance of machine tools via phone or going onsiteCreating and updating documentation of technical information.
Develop ongoing and ad-hoc special reports pertaining to ServiceProvide assistance and training to Customer's Service Engineers on the installation and maintenance of newer product lines.Build strong customer service relationships with customers.Manage difficult customer situations in a positive manner and solicit customer feedback to improve service.Ability to travel 50%- 60% of the time to customer

Qualifications

5 years of experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machine tools.Experience working with manufacturing machinesAbility to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and sequence ladder diagrams.Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
IoT experience is plusEmployee to work onsite in the corporate office when not visiting customers.

Compensation

$85,000-100,000 Overtime pay Annual bonus 401k matching
