Then, Maintainer needs you in our Final Detail Technician department.
In this position, you will be the last set of eyes on our industry-best work trucks before it is shipped.
This position inspects and cleans truck bodies at the end of the production process.
General knowledge of detailing and a high attention to detail is preferred to ensure Maintainers quality standards are upheld.
Essential Job Responsibilities: Utilizes cleaning tools such as vacuums, towels, and cleaning products to remove all debris from the inside of trucks.
Uses a power washer for the undercarriage, scrub brushes, and cleaning products to ensure the outside of trucks are to customer specification.
Applies decals and tags according to line drawings and work instructions to ensure operating procedures are followed correctly and DOT regulations are met.
Partners with the quality team after completion of a unit to ensure a final review of the truck is completed through the utilization of auditing process.
Take pictures of completed units according to give reference points for future units and tools for the sales department to utilize.
Maintains a clean and safe work environment and wears all required personal protective safety equipment.
Works at different workstations as needs require.
Participates in all continuous improvement programs by offering suggestions and by exhibiting initiative in areas within direct control.
Follows all organizational, department/area, safety policies, procedures and directives as outlined in, but not limited to: Maintainer Employee Handbook, and Maintainer Quality Manual.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Compensation details: 20-22 Hourly Wage
