Position: Finance AdministratorLocation: Okoboji Motor Company, Spirit Lake, IA 51360Why not work, where others vacation?As a Finance Administrator at our dealership, you will play a vital role in facilitating financial transactions related to vehicle sales and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the sales team, customers, and financial institutions to streamline purchasing and provide exceptional service.Responsibilities:* Financial Transactions:Process vehicle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.Calculate and present financing options to customers.Prepare finance and lease agreements in accordance with dealership and regulatory standards.Review contracts for completeness and accuracy.* Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to financing and leasing options.Assist customers with completing necessary paperwork and documentation.Educate customers on financing terms, interest rates, and payment schedules.* Coordination:Coordinate with financial institutions to secure financing for customers.Liaise with insurance providers to facilitate vehicle insurance arrangements.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the sales process.* Compliance:Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing automotive finance and insurance.Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to privacy policies.Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to automotive finance.* Administrative Tasks:Maintain accurate records of vehicle sales and financing transactions.Generate reports on finance and insurance activities as required.Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management.Tracking and helping rebates for new vehicles and ensuring that the manufacturer pays us according to the set timeline.
