POSITION SUMMARY Appreciation Homes is seeking a Senior Associate or Vice President Finance and Operations Manager to join their team.
This individual will have a wide range of responsibilities including coordination of outsourced professional services, including accounting, and IT development, and legal.
We are seeking a candidate who has accounting, reporting, process management, and general legal experience.
This individual must thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and be self-motivated with the ability to successfully execute corporate strategy goals.
This role reports directly to the COO and CFO.
This leader will be a high-level problem solver with a natural appetite to overcome obstacles.
The ability to adapt and manage to dualling priorities will be key.
This position is 100% on-site in Dallas, Texas, headquarters of Appreciation Homes.
