Responsibilities
Handle desking, rate quotes, and completing paperwork to federal, state, and company standards. Develop and monitor guidelines for working with the customer to ensure top customer satisfaction and a seamless buying process Assist with overseeing and monitoring the performance and managing internet leads Coach and train sales staff on new and certified programs. Coach and train sales staff to enhance the development of skills and value-building of sales processes Coach and train the sales staff regarding the benefits of financing, insurance, and VSCs Coach and train the sales staff to maximize appointment ratio from internet leads. Qualifications
Knowledge or ability to quickly comprehend software for DMS, FI menu, CRM, and management tools Thoroughly understanding new and pre-owned CPO programs, Knowledge of computer systems and related programs, and being informed of all factory incentives and programs. Automotive Sales Management (2 yrs. + preferred) & Automotive F&I Management (2 yrs. + preferred) Understanding of compliance regulation Ability to understand and utilize incentive programs for Lease, retail, or cash
