Expectations/Requirements: Review of standalone and consolidated financial statements under IFRS and IND-AS.Monthly MIS and handling internal/stat audit.Handling all finance & tax-related matters of subsidiaries.Closely tracking all business & cost flows in close coordination with the business team.Providing alerts to management on any potential challenges in any business arrangement on a proactive basis.Dealing with all inter-department teams and handling their finance & tax-related queries with the best solution.Coordination with multiple teams and layers for any potential transaction.Optimization and balancing the payouts as per business requests and priority basis.Dealing with new challenges for finance & tax matters related to international entities.Providing financial advice by studying operational issues; applying financial principles and practices; developing recommendations.Responding to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data.Playing a vital role in troubleshooting issues and challenges raised in financial transactions.Implementing initiatives for process improvement, cost reduction, and foreign currency repatriation.Controlling related party transactions including approval, arm's length, etc.Superpowers/Skills That Will Help You Succeed in This Role: Qualified as Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of progressive experience.Thorough knowledge of Ind AS.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization.Cohesively work with a lot of people, across functions and teams every day.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with other financial systems such as SAP.Education: CA
