Finance Coordinator

Our client, an award winning leader in the cosmetics industry, is hiring a contract Finance Coordinator for Digital Media to join their team supporting financials associated with their retail media network.
Pay Rate: Up to $18.70/hour
Contract Duration: 6 months (40 hours/week, possibility to extend)
Location: Bolingbrook, IL (6 days/month onsite minimum, required)
Hire Type: W2 Only
Experience/Day-to-Day: Spearhead media finance processes and manage the sales record within Salesforce working closely with the media sales and account management team in collaboration with financeSupport the tactical execution of the organization's Retail Media NetworkManage monthly financial forecasting process by collaborating with the sales team on their individual and team revenue goalsSpearhead contracting process with brand partners to bill media campaigns accurately and efficientlyPartner across the organization to compile data as well as identify and solve any billing discrepancies and pulling reporting to support cross-functional teamsProficiency using Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Salesforce is a plusBA/BS in Marketing or Business AdministrationMinimum 2 years of experience in a client services or finance and billing related role
