Role Overview: The Subcontract Administrator is responsible for:
Developing, implementing, and monitoring program budgets, contracts, and subcontractsTraining subcontractors on reporting and billing requirementsReviewing and validating invoices to ensure compliance with deliverablesVerifying that payments are made only for properly performed work This role ensures effective financial management and contractual compliance throughout the subcontracting process, maintaining the integrity of project budgets and deliverables.
Requirements:
2-4+ years of subcontracts administration experienceExperience with various contract types (T&M, Labor Hour, Cost Reimbursable/Award Fee, Fixed Price) Skills and Knowledge:
Experience in Federal Government contractingProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelStrong analytical and math skillsExcellent negotiation skillsKnowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency FAR supplementsUnderstanding of cost accounting principlesFamiliarity with procurement policies and proceduresAbility to conduct price and cost analysis Why Join Everblue?
