Sodexo is seeking a Remote Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team for a Corporate Service Client. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Corporate Services finance and integrated facilities management (IFM). Key functions will include reviewing financial reports, analyzing financial data, executing purchase orders, and assisting with budgeting and forecasts. Key Responsibilities: Manage financial reporting daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterlyManage electronic data entry and analysis, financial dashboards and ad-hoc reporting as necessaryReview, Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data and statistics, including operating and administrative budgets.Assist management with developing and monitoring account financial goals, budgets, forecasts, and resources.Ensure accuracy of operating and administrative budgets.Create and develop purchase orders and oversee payment process.Examine financial records and verify details of recorded transactions. Qualifications: 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance, financial planning, & analysis, or other related fieldsThe ability to work successfully as part of a very dynamic teamStrong working knowledge of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)Demonstrate strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, modeling)Have effective communication skills (written & verbal).Customer service oriented.Have finance knowledge, as well as strong research and analytical skills.Adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently.Demonstrate excellent organizational skills.Can manage competing priorities and deadlines; and/or generate bold, creative ideas to improve performance and processes.
