Responsibilities Prepares UAT testing template and strategy for internal users. Collects and analyzes financial data, ensuring that all accounting operational data complies with core finance requirements and feature design. Researches accounting requirements and makes recommendations regarding company policy. Assists external auditors as needed. Review and interpretation of documentation for new features, often in disparate formats. Design of templates to support feature testing Testing and documentation - screenshots, data table reads, calculations, comparisons, and qualitative analysis. Summarization of test findings at a detailed level as well as leadership level Communication around the resolution of defects Ability to follow prescribed project processes and timelines Ability to organize documentation and files for traceability Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience as a Finacial Analyst/Accountant. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 0-2 years of experience in the field or a related area Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field Proactive. Problem solver. Attention to detail. Seeks understanding, not just going through the motions. Written, visual, and verbal communication. Comfort with deadlines, and task switching to adjust to shifting priorities. Comfort with ambiguity / incomplete information and ability to distill findings and render gaps. Pay Rate: $83-$86/h (depending on skills and experience) under a W-2 contract
