Financial Analyst - Est Remote For Texas Residents

Job Title : Financial Analyst Pay: $22 - $25 BOE Schedule: Business hours in EST Responsibilities: Managing large purchase order creation through approval process. Reach out to multiple internal stakeholder to obtain approvals. Understanding of budget structure, as they will be assisting with Quarterly accrual and budgets. In this vital role you will work within the Rare Disease Business Unit and support ongoing budget management and planning activities, including support for the purchase order requisition and invoice management process. Specific activities will include: Complete and manage the PO process, which includes opening requisitions and tracking invoices. Collaborate with budget management as well as department leaders to develop quarterly and annual targets based on strategic priorities. Engage with team members to measure spend against target on an ongoing basis, highlighting potential deviations from target to the RDBU budget manager. Support the budget manager in developing view for quarter and year-end accruals. Maintain budgeting tools and drive continuous improvement within budget management process. Serve as a point of contact regarding budget questions/issues from team members. Qualifications: Bachelor degree OR Associate degree and 4 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 6 years of experience 1-2 years as a Financial Analyst Intermediate-Advanced Excel experience using functions V-Look Up/ Pivot Tables
