Job Title: Financial Analyst I Job Specialty: Corporate Finance - Physician Services Job Duration: 13 months Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday; weekends and holidays as needed (not common) Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Experience: At least 5 years of prior experience required License: N/A Certifications: N/A Must-Have: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field Job Description: - Manage all projects assigned under the direction and guidance of the manager within the area of responsibility.- Reconcile Pre-Bundle data with payor.- Develop pricing for Bundles for payor.- Reconcile actual spend with payor post-Bundle period end.- Involved in the Charge Description Master (CDM) synchronization for the network.- Assist with Charge Master development and analysis.- Prepare, monitor, and analyze trends and targets on a monthly basis.- Analyze, interpret, and model managed care contracts as assigned.- Responsible for all projects assigned.- Assist other team members on projects as required.- Ensure compliance with department initiatives and goals.- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described.- Adhere to the organization's competencies and standards of behavior.
*Note: The role is mostly remote, with a mandated office presence one day a month.
