Works on analysis, preparation, investigation and resolution of the monthly results and variances. Maintains key financial relationships with functional level management including directly supporting director level requirements. Provides analysis and recommendations on a variety of ad hoc projects
This position does require hybrid work in the Lincolnshire, IL office or downtown Chicago location.
Responsibilities:
Partners with the sales team to forecast and analyze revenue performance
Initiates business performance analysis using QTD and historical trends to make data-supported recommendations
Support ad-hoc projects and analysis
Business Partnering support to specific business function
Requires in depth knowledge of function and acts as part of the team
Detailed involvement in quota, planning, and forecasting processess
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
2+ years of experience in commercial finance / sales finance
Advanced Excel and database skills
Revenue forecasting experience
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
This position requires hybrid work in the Lincolnshire, IL office or downtown Chicago location
Preferred:
Familiarity with Power BI or equivalent
Experience with cross functional partnerships
Experience with simplifying complex data into presentable information
Attention to detail

Salary:USD 65500.00 - USD 98300.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
