Financial Analyst Seeking an entry-level municipal credit/financial analyst to prepare credit reports on municipal bond issuers in Texas.

Basic Qualifications: The candidate must have strong analytical and financial skills and be detail oriented.Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, Economics or related field.
Works well individually or as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of governmental accounting, financial audits, and municipal bonds preferred.Strong knowledge of Excel Responsibilities Analyze current and past financial data and performance Gather financial data from a variety of sources and complile a summary report in standard formt.
Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicatorsCommunicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management
